Hivemind Enterprises LLC (doing business as "The Hivemind") - Effective June 10, 2026

1. The Service

Hivemind is automation and productivity software operated by Hivemind Enterprises LLC ("we", "us") for use by authorized account owners. By connecting your accounts or using the software, you agree to these terms.

2. Authorized Use

The service acts only on data belonging to, and at the direction of, the account owner who authorizes it. You are responsible for the instructions you give the service and for maintaining the security of your own accounts.

3. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hivemind Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
